What a difference a week makes in England. Reference to my blog entry of 29 May, we are now in the middle of a heatwave! The weather has been consistently warm and sunny for the past seven or eight days and is set to continue into next week. In fact I think they are predicting temperatures of up to 30 degrees tomorrow. Phew! That's too hot for me. It's horrible when you're stuck in an office all day when it's so nice outside; you totally lose all enthusiasm and energy levels are low. Still, it's better than being miserable and chilly as it was in May. Are we ever satisfied?!I'm just watching a World Cup match on tv and I don't know how the players have the energy to run around in that heat for 90 minutes.
